Accessing Your Online Shopping Account Profile
You can access your account to view your past orders, your profile information, your shopping cart and more.
Your user name and password are used to sign into BookDepot.com.
If you registered with a different user name, or it is misspelled, you will not be able to access your account. If you have forgotten your password,
please click here. For account assistance, please contact Book Depot Customer Service.
Your Account Profile features:
- Change your password: You can re-set your password at any time.
- Billing Address: The address to which your invoices will be sent. If you are paying by credit card, and the credit card billing address differs from your business billing address, you'll be asked to verify it at check out.
- Shipping Locations: If you require multiple ship-to locations, you can provide them here. Each alternate location will be stored in our system, allowing you to select the location of your choice each time you ship an order.
- User Preferences: You can customize BookDepot.com based on your shopping needs.
If you chose to 'hide' book cover images, the pages will load with text only, with the exception of the home page. Selecting 'show' covers returns them to normal view.
You can select the number of titles that will appear in each page of the search results. The default is titles 50 per page, which you can modify to return 100 or
250 titles if necessary.
If you prefer to shop in the Quick Buy view, you can set your profile to always load results
in this format. We also offer search results in Short Detail
and Full Detail view.
