Payments

All prices are in US funds. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as methods of payment.

G.S.T. will be charged for Canadian orders.

Charges To Your Credit Cards

When you place your order we confirm the card number's validity. When your order is packed and ready to be shipped we settle the charge. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is placed, and again when it ships.

Credit Card Security

At BookDepot.com we take security very seriously. All credit card transactions are securely encrypted using 128 bit technology. We are Verisign Secured.

International Orders

For all orders shipped internationally, we require a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card being used for order payment. We can not release an order for shipping without this information on file.

Please note: We are unable to modify orders once they are placed.

Using Coupons and Credit Notes

To apply a credit note code or coupon to your order:

1. Add items to your shopping cart.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the shopping cart page.
3. Beneath the 'check out' button is the ''coupon/credit' area.
4. Fill in the credit note or coupon number and password.
5. Click 'Submit Credit/Coupon'

The system will determine if your purchase meets the credit/coupon requirement and deduct the appropriate amount from your purchase.
